Stranded copper wires are rolled into 630mm iron bobbin in conformation with the following standards:

On each bobbin is labelled with the following content: copper type, actual diameter, weight, length, manufacturing date, QC staff name. Bobbin is covered with PE layer for package protection.
Stranded copper wires of SACOM is manufactured from Cathode Grade A with copper content > 99.97% , strained on SAMP (Italia) multi-line machine with diameter of every wire 0.18mm to 0.5mm. The quantity, diameter and twist of stranded copper wire are readily to be manufactured upon each customer requirements.
Structures: Copper wire is soft, condensed, rounded, homogenous, smooth and free from any defect. Conductor diameter and number of wire (from 2-32 wires) shall be customized upon customer request.
