Copper wire with small size is rolled into 630mm iron bobbin in conformation with the following standards:

On each bobbin is labelled with the following content: copper type, actual diameter, weight, length, manufacturing date, QC staff name. Bobbin is covered with PE layer for package protection.
SACOM soft copper wire is manufactured from Cathode Grade A copper, with pure copper content > 99,97%, strained on SAMP (Italia) machine, with 0.4mm to 1.2mm diameter.
Copper wire is soft, condensed, rounded, homogenous, smooth and free from any defect. Wire diameter shall be customized upon customer request.
